Mar-a-lago search: Republican candidates for Pa. governor and U.S. senator had harsh words about the FBI’s search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida home. The search reportedly focuses on whether Trump took classified records.
Perry’s phone: Republican central Pa. Rep. Scott Perry told Fox News that the FBI confiscated his cell phone yesterday while he was traveling with his family.
Mastriano deposition: Pa. Sen. Doug Mastriano, the GOP candidate for governor, ended a deposition with the committee investigating the 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. He plans to go to court to challenge its deposition authority.
New coaches: Harrisburg High plans to hire one of its former state champions and a veteran central Pa. coach to take over its boys and girls basketball programs.
Channel change: The Big Ten wanted a seven-year deal worth $380 million per year from EPSN to broadcast its football and basketball games, but the network declined, ending a decades-long TV agreement.
